Honours Students
The Bachelor of Science (Honours) program provides students with exciting and challenging opportunities to pursue independent research in a variety of disciplines. In an honours year, students can really make a difference by personally to published literature.
Students should first talk to academic staff from that discipline to identify a suitable project and advisor. They will then carry out a program of research to acquire the knowledge that will contribute to a specific area of science. These skills will enable students to seek work in a research environment in industry or government and are essential for students who want to pursue a higher degree research qualification.
