We construct a series of logarithmic conformal field models using an ideology of screenings. In the space generated by several free fields we consider a system of screenings that generate quantum sl(2|1) with the deformation parameter at root of unity. The vacuum module of the logarithmic models is obtained as an intersection of kernels of two screenings.
