The details

Who: There are 48 places available for grade 10 students interested in science and mathematics, selecting the most enthusiastic students from schools from across Queensland and northern New South Wales.

When: Monday the 25th - Friday the 29th of June, 2012.

Where: St Lucia Campus, University of Queensland.

Cost: $230.00 (including GST).

Includes all meals, programme materials and the highly coveted 2012 JPhO T-shirt. Price does not include transport to and from JPhO or accommodation. In cases of genuine financial hardship, special consideration may be possible. (Please contact us before submitting your application.)

Applications: Applications are due Friday the 27th of April, 2012. The application form is available for downloading below.

Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to accept everyone who applies, so please include as much information as possible about your results in mathematics and science competitions, your interests and hobbies or any extra-curricular activities, as it may help your application. The most important thing we're looking for is enthusiasm for science!
